Sport Partnerships Manager

The Women’s Sport & Fitness Foundation (WSFF) is a fast-growing charity that exists to make physical activity a part of every woman’s life. We work with a variety of stakeholders from sport and fitness deliverers, policy-makers to the media and big-name brands in order to achieve this goal.
Sport England commissions WSFF to provide consultancy support to national governing bodies of sport (NGBs), aimed at ensuring that sport achieves its potential to grow the numbers of women playing sport. We are now looking for a pro-active Sport Partnerships Manager to lead these NGB relationships and maximise our value to them.
You will be at the forefront of our consultancy approach, spending time with NGBs to understand their business, diagnosing interventions that will affect change and evaluating their success. Your ability to build strong and effective working relationships will be second to none, but you will also have experience of sports development and the confidence to turn insight and good practice into sport-specific guidance and analysis. You will also project manage our NGB Forum events and contribute to content for our flagship Fit for Women regional conferences. An understanding of gender equality policy and practice will be an advantage.
If you have a passion for women’s sport, and can persuade others to think the same, do get in touch.
Please apply using the WSFF application form and job description (available to download on the right of this page). Email [email protected] with your completed application by 5pm January 7th.
