National governing bodies of sport (NGBs) play a vital role in developing and providing inclusive opportunities for women to participate in sport at both the talent and participation ends of the spectrum.

This is a challenging task - we know that different women have different motivations for taking part in sport and physical activity, and face different barriers to doing so.

The report available to download uses the research findings to offer practical advice for NGBs who wish to broaden the range of women that play their sport and ultimatley grow women's participation.
